Admissions Requirements

The admission requirement for the programs we offer which are approved and regulated by the Texas Department of State Health Service.

 

Individuals applying for these programs are required to:

  1. Meeting and orientation with an admissions counselor;
  2. be at least 17 years of age (applicants under the age of 18 require written permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to enroll, and a parent or legal guardian must sign the enrollment agreement); and
  3. present proof of secondary education (high school diploma or GED certificate)
  4. Provide current immunization history to include the following vaccines:
    1. MMR
    2. TB
    3. HBV
    4. Varicella
    5. Tetanus/diphtheria
    6. Seasonal Flu Vaccine
